Our prime value proposition is that our team gets involved at the very early stage, often when the project is conceptual. We can assist in building the design team, providing early-stage budget estimates, assessing sites, and other key factors that determine the success of a project.
Once a permit is issued and work in the field commences, we have the hands-on expertise to meet deadlines and budgets, and to deal effectively with all of the issues and curves that come with the construction process.
John specializes in high-end residential projects, and he has many clients that can attest to his skills, extensive knowledge, and attention to details. John is on a number of industry-related boards and committees, such as Built Green Canada, Canadian Homebuilders Association, the Lower Mainland BBB, amongst others.
Mike's Project Management skills have shone through on every one of his projects. Coming from a site-oriented background, Mike knows construction techniques inside out. He is highly respected by owners, design professionals, and our subtrades. As with Steve, Mike specializes in Value Engineering, helping owners get the most for their money.
Scott started 30 years ago with Fairmile as a site superintendent. He has built almost every kind of building imaginable. His attention to detail, budget, and schedule are what has driven him over the years from large industrial projects to high-end custom homes, luxury condos and a resort. No project is too challenging for him, and he has a loyal following of Fairmile and Stonecroft clients who insist that Scott runs their projects.
Steve has a long and successful history of managing construction projects all over the Province of BC. Steve gets involved with a project at the very early stages, giving Value Engineering advice to the design team and ensuring the owner gets value for money. He has spent many years as a director on industry-related boards, including the ICBA, BC Safety Authority / Technical Safety BC, and Infrastructure BC.
