CCI moved the front door of this condo by six feet which allowed for significant changes to the floor plan.These changes included creating a scuba gear room with immediate access from the front hall with a large custom tub to soak scuba tanks and gear.
We also relocated the kitchen and replaced it with a highly efficient L-shapped kitchen designed to suit the clients keen interest in cuisine and to take advantage of the mountain view. We were also able to enlarge the master bathroom and walk-in closets.
